SkyUp Airlines is an international brand with Ukrainian roots. Founded in June 2017 by the Alba family, whose greatest passion in life is travel. SkyUp Airlines CEO Dmytro Seroukhov was recognized as the most effective executive in the European air travel market, according to the professional publication aeroTELEGRAPH.

  • Starting in 2022, the business model includes performing charter flights and ACMI services.
  • In 2023, SkyUp Airlines performed 10,528 flights and carried out 1.5 million passengers. Our flight geography covered 53 countries and 664 routes.
  • In May 2023, SkyUp MT Limited, a European airline with Maltese registration and certificates, was opened. Since its launch, SkyUp MT Limited has provided ACMI services and performed charter flights.

SkyUp Airlines scales to performing flights in North America. The airline obtained the U.S. FAR129 Foreign Air Carrier Certificate for operations in the United States, as well as a Canadian FAOC certificate to provide ACMI services and charter flights from other countries to Canada.

Eco-friendly

SkyUp Airlines is investing in the modernization of its fleet to improve the environmental friendliness, comfort, and safety of flights.

The air carrier was the first in Ukraine to equip its aircraft with bifurcated wing tips — Split Scimitar® winglets — to save fuel and improve aerodynamics. In a year, an aircraft with such winglets saves 225,000 liters of fuel and reduces carbon emissions by 568 tons.
